What options are there for integration into my own website?

The integration options are almost unlimited.

  1. First of all, you should create a newsletter subscription form on your website. You can use our wizard in the administration area for this.

  2. Promote the newsletter in your transactional emails (for example the emails sent on registration, purchase or conclusion of a contract).

  3. Our API (application programming interface) makes many more use cases possible. An external blog, customer relationship management (CRM) system or e-commerce shop can be connected, for example. Our plugins also use our own API. For some of these systems we already offer ready-made integrations (API and plugins in the Platin package).

Can I hide NEWSTROLL from my customers / readers?

Yes! With our white-label solution (Platin package) you can use your own domain. This requires a DNS entry for your domain. You will find more information in the white-label configuration guide. Once everything has been set up, all links no longer point to the domain newstroll.de but use your own domain. The administration area remains available to you at newstroll.de.

The following content, among others, is then available under your domain:

  • subscribing to a newsletter
  • unsubscribing from a newsletter
  • personalised web view
  • link tracker

After configuring the white-label option you can customise your own templates for the subscription and unsubscription pages. When you send a newsletter, you will see that all personalised links point to your domain. The return path can also be set to your domain. This also increases the delivery rate!

This means that recipients cannot recognise us as the provider of your newsletter, and you present a consistent corporate design on the internet.

Please note, however, that your privacy policy must mention the use of NEWSTROLL.

When is my newsletter sent?

You decide when your newsletter is sent. You create your newsletter as you wish and, if required, set a sending time in the future. The system then sends the newsletter automatically at the time set. As soon as your newsletter has been sent completely, you receive a sending report. You will find detailed statistics in your administration area.

Where are the servers located?

Our servers are located exclusively in German data centres.
